AI enquiry management

Every enquiry answered.
Every quote ready to send.

Website, email, WhatsApp and phone enquiries land in one inbox. The AI assistant asks the customer for whatever is missing, in their own language, prices the job on your rate card and prepares the quotation — then waits for you to press send.

The problem

The fastest quote usually wins the job.

Enquiries arrive at ten at night, on WhatsApp, in German, with half the details missing. By the time someone in the office has asked for the return time and worked out a price, the group has booked elsewhere. Transitour answers straight away, collects the details and puts a priced quotation in front of you.

What you get
01

One inbox for every channel

A form for your website, a forwarding address for the emails your current contact form already sends, WhatsApp and web chat through the AI add-on, and quick entry after a phone call. Each one becomes an enquiry with its whole conversation.

02

Asks only for what's missing

Passengers, date, pick-up, drop-off, departure and return times, contact details: the assistant checks what the customer has already given, asks for the rest and records every answer on the enquiry.

03

Priced on your rate card

It prices from your own rate plans — places geocoded, distances calculated, minimums and surcharges applied — so the figure is the one your office would have quoted.

04

Replies in the customer's language

A school in Lyon, a club in Munich and a family in Seville are each answered in their own language, and quotes and emails go out in English, Spanish, French or German to match.

05

You decide how much it does

Off, “Drafts for me” or “Replies itself”. In every mode a priced quotation waits for a person to send it — the AI never commits your price on its own.

06

Several journeys, one quotation

An outbound, a return and a day trip on one enquiry are priced as one quotation. The customer accepts the lines they want, and each accepted line becomes a booking.

How it works

From first message to confirmed booking.

  1. 01

    The enquiry arrives

From your website form, a forwarded email, WhatsApp, web chat or a call you log in seconds.

  2. 02

    The assistant gets the details

It replies in the conversation, asks for anything missing and hands over to your office whenever a person is needed.

  3. 03

    You send the quotation

Priced on your rate card and checked by you, sent as a PDF with a link the customer accepts in their own language.

  4. 04

    Accepted becomes booked

Accepted lines turn into bookings on the dispatch board, ready for auto-planning to crew.

Questions

Straight answers.

01

Will the AI send prices without us?

No. Set to “Drafts for me”, it prepares replies for you to approve; set to “Replies itself”, it handles the back-and-forth about the details. In both modes a priced quotation waits for someone in your office to send it.

02

What is included, and what needs an add-on?

The enquiry inbox — website form, email forwarding, manual entry, statuses and multi-journey quotations — is part of the platform. The AI assistant that replies and prices comes with the AI add-ons: AI WhatsApp + Chatbot and AI Voice, €100 per month each.

03

How do we stop it pestering a customer?

Replies are capped per enquiry, the assistant respects quiet hours, and auto-replies and bounces are ignored rather than answered.

04

Do we need to change our website?

No. Keep your current contact form and forward its emails to your Transitour inbox address, or embed the Transitour form, which speaks English, Spanish, French, German and Dutch.

05

How do we know how we're doing?

Every enquiry is New, Awaiting customer, Quoted, Won or Lost — with a reason for every lost one — and the inbox shows open enquiries, conversion and your median response time.
