What counts as a vehicle?

Any vehicle you can dispatch — coach, bus, minibus, limousine or taxi. Vehicles you have retired are free and stay in your records with their history intact, so selling a coach reduces your bill.

What happens if I add a vehicle mid-month?

You buy the licence when you add it, and we charge only the remaining days of the current month. The exact figure is shown before you confirm.

And if I take one off the road?

Retire it whenever you like — nothing is deleted. Reducing your licence count takes effect at your next renewal, so you are never billed for a vehicle you no longer run beyond the month you already paid for.

Do drivers or office users cost extra?

No. Both are unlimited on every account. Charging per driver would mean charging you for the thing that makes the platform work.

What happens after the 14 days?

Choose how many vehicle licences you need and the subscription starts. No card is required to begin the trial, so nothing is charged unless you decide to continue.

Is VAT included?

No — every price here is shown excluding VAT, which is added at checkout according to where your business is registered.

What are the AI add-ons actually for?
