01 Is Transitour VeriFactu-compliant today?
VeriFactu obligations start in 2027. Transitour already builds chained, hashed invoice records in the AEAT format; submission to the AEAT under your own certificate and the VeriFactu QR on invoices are being rolled out ahead of the deadline. Until then you can also keep issuing from your accounting software and run Transitour in “My accounting system” mode.
02 When does the digital route sheet become mandatory?
For discretionary passenger transport by road, from 5 October 2026. Transitour already generates it for every assignment.
03 What does the inspecting officer see?
Scanning the QR code in the driver's app opens that assignment's current route sheet in a browser — no login, no app to install.
04 What about TicketBAI in the Basque Country?
TicketBAI isn't supported yet. Operators registered in the Basque Country or Navarre can use “My accounting system” mode and keep issuing from their certified software.
05 Is everything available in Spanish?
Everything — the platform, the driver app (in Spanish or Catalan), customer quotes and emails, and support from our team in Barcelona.
