02 Does the board handle recurring work like school runs?
Recurring trips — daily, weekly or fortnightly, with exceptions — generate bookings onto the board with their preferred vehicle and driver, and auto-planning treats those as standing arrangements.
03 What stops a dispatcher using an expired vehicle or driver?
Every assignment checks the driver's licence category, licence, driver CPC and medical dates, time off and shifts, and the vehicle's downtime and seats. Hour caps show as a warning you can override.
